The 4th Annual Southwest Florida Luxury Home Tour will showcase 25 spectacular, million-dollar homes as well as million-dollar ideas! These custom built, one-of-a kind homes are valued from $1.5 million to $4.3 million. Whether you’re looking for a luxury builder to build the home of your dreams or to find creative ideas in architecture, design and technology for your own home, the Southwest Florida Luxury Home Tour has something for everyone.

Homes are located throughout elite developments in Southwest Florida:
The Classics at Lely Resort, Marsala at Tiburon, Mediterra, The Quarry, Renaissance, Tarpon Point Marina, Twin Eagles and on the waterfront in Cape Coral.
Passport Tickets:
Save $5 on Luxury Home Tour Passport tickets by purchasing in advance at Robb & Stucky and Albertsons locations throughout Southwest Florida.
$20 in advance, $25 at each of the homes*
* Plus 6% sales tax (and $1 flat-rate shipping fee for all tickets shipped)
Each passport allows one-time admittance into all tour homes anytime throughout the three weekend event. Tickets for single home entrance are available at the door for $5 per home. Ticket required for anyone 5 or older.
