Passport tickets for the 4th Annual Tour (February 2008)
Save $5 on Luxury Home Tour Passport tickets by purchasing in advance at Robb & Stucky and Albertsons locations throughout Southwest Florida.
$20 in advance, $25 at each of the homes*
Each passport allows one-time admittance into all tour homes anytime throughout the three weekend event. Tickets for single home entrance are available at the door for $5 per home. Ticket required for anyone 5 or older.
* Plus 6% sales tax (and $1 flat-rate shipping fee for all tickets shipped)
Additional Information:
- Tickets ordered online or by phone will be mailed to you via US Post.
- No refunds or exchanges on the ticket/passport.
- Ticket required for anyone age 5 and older.
- No shoes, bare feet, strollers or cameras allowed in the homes.
- Please bring stockings; a limited number of foot covers will be available upon request.
- Tour map is included on ticket.
- Listed home values represent both the market value of the home and the value of the land; although land prices vary widely depending on when the land was purchased, the degree to which site improvements were necessary, and the capital carrying cost until a finished home is constructed.
>> What to Bring:
- Bring socks with you and wear shoes that slip off easily. All guests must wear socks or blue booties over their bare feet. No shoes will be allowed.
- Conserve Waste - Please reuse your booties and plastic bag at each home.
- Bring address labels or business cards for quick registration of prizes.
>> What NOT to Bring:
- Please do not bring your pets to the tour.
- Photographs of the home are not allowed, so please leave your camera at home.
>> Please Note:
- If you would like to visit a home more than once, please purchase a Single Home Ticket on site
or make an appointment with the builder. - If you see something in a home that you like, please visit the sales center/garage area for more
information about the product and service partners in that home. - Public restrooms are not available at the homes.
- If you have a child under 5 years old, they can enter the home without charge. All children age 5 and older must have a Passport Ticket. All children under 10 years old must hold the hand of their parent or guardian.
